- No Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. - Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Reporting Issue
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. - Verification Process
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable. - Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. - Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Used or washed products
