Refund & Returns Policy

At Havnaura, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety.

  1. No Return Policy
    Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Replacement Policy
    We offer replacement only in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  1. Reporting Issue
    You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
  2. Verification Process
    Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
  3. Refund Process
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  1. Cash on Delivery Orders
    Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  2. Non-Eligible Cases
    We do not accept returns for:
  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Used or washed products
